Rainfalling Love RPG Storyline
In this section of the blog, I will put the current storyline. You will know...

1) What the overall story is

2) The story thus far

3) The latest post... thus far. XD

All this in an amazingly short read. And I split them up into the 3 categories above in that order so you can choose for yourself.
This will be removed/updated when needed to or when we get farther into the story. So take the chance you have and try to keep
up-to-date with the posts in the thread. We don't post so fast that you can't keep up. :/

Storyline


The RainfallingLove Club went on summer vacation and decided to spend it on an island that Seleme, the club owner, just bought. But a curse has befalled on the island. Two ghosts from two different families hold a grudge against the world. One boy and one girl. The islanders believe that one is trying to protect the island and the other is trying to claim it and destroy its people. But which ghost is good and which is bad, if not both?

A barrier has formed around the entire island's region and the group can't escape until they find a way to solve this mystery.

Story THUS Far


Seleme noticed that some of the people walking around the island are already dead and have been gruesomely killed. Seleme has notified the club members about the problem of the island. The team split into 2 groups to explore 2 opposite sides of the island. One claimed to be the safe haven of one ghost and the other to be the lair of the second ghost.

Nevaeh and her team went to explore the territory seemingly claimed by the ghost named "Jacob".
Seleme and her team went to explore a dark run-down gothic mansion claimed by the ghost girl, "Rosetta".

Currently, Nevaeh and her team seem to have encountered Jacob already. Seleme and her side are still exploring in fear, seeing zombies clean and care for the upper-floors of the mansion. What could cause the living dead to be... the "living dead"?! Is Rosetta really evil? Or does she just have bad tastes in choosing servants?!



Story Update - 7/5/2007



Jacob revealed glimpses of the past to Nevaeh because of her strong will to help him. He then sent her off with a few items and told her to share what she's learned. Once she and her friends make up their mind, they must come back and tell him their decision of whether they want to help him or not.
With that said, Rika, Nevaeh, and Snowflake left the mansion and returned to the hotel to get some sleep while hopefully waiting for Seleme and her team to arrive.

Mean while, on Seleme's side. They've come across Rosetta. After an icky fight with a giant slug monster she called on, the gang ended up on the top floor only to find a huge weapon of mass destruction. Before Rosetta could release its powers of destruction to kill us all, Seleme threw a sword into the machine causing it to malfunction and turn the group into animals.

But Haze rescued everyone by unleashing some wonderous powers she's been hiding. She reversed time, messed with the machine so it wouldn't work, and absorbed Rosetta's powers temporarily. This gave time to the group so they could do some research.

Seleme, Busta-Wolf, and Haze found out that the island's name was originally "Lumehs" and was changed into "Reverehs" after a foreigner from overseas named Baine T. Reever took over the island. He was engaged to Rosetta who secretly had a love affair with a peasant named Edward. Today, Baine has changed his name to "Eniba". And he is now the mayer of Reverehs Island. What are his plans? His motives? Rosetta returned with more power than ever and cursed all the members of the Rainfalling Love club. She teleported Seleme and the others outside of the mansion at the beach where they started.

Will the group really get revenge to allow the dead to rest in peace?
Is it worth it to take the life of another?
What will their decision be and just what IS this curse that Rosetta placed on them?

Seleme: No way! So Eniba is already mayor. And you want us to get rid of him?

Rosetta: No. I want him here. I want to finish the job and make his suffering seem like an eternity. Then I will kill him.

Seleme: Killing others for revenge is wrong. Can't we just send the guy to prison? He'd probably end up with an execution anyway.

Rosetta: His execution will be my doing.

Seleme: So let's say you want to kill this guy... You can't possibly think you're any better by killing everyone else along with him!

Rosetta: They are all the same. They deserve death. But unlike him, I will give the a chance to live forever by my side. We are forever bound to this forsaken land.

Seleme: That's it. She's officially crazy...

Busta-Wolf: TT_TT But I want to LIVE!

Seleme & Haze: ....

Rosetta: You are against me. For this, I will place a curse on you and your companions who dare enter this island.

Seleme: WHA?! =_=

Rosetta: Maybe you'll live long enough to see what it is!

*she levitated into the air and a huge bright light emitted from her like a light bulb. Gusts of strong winds swirled around the room.*

Seleme: Wait a second! I thought that Haze got rid of your powers!

Rosetta: I've been sealed for many years, the power I possess... For you think I would be defeated so easily is beyond foolishness... Now leave...

Seleme: AHHH!

Busta-Wolf: Oh Snap!

Haze: AHH! *Haze grabs onto the book and folded the newspaper piece she had before into her pocket.*

*everyone vanishes and ends up appearing far from the mansion on the beach behind the hot springs where they first started. Seleme comes to.*

Seleme: Huh! She teleported us back here!

Busta-Wolf: Some curse, huh...

Seleme: =_=

Haze: No need to worry, I have the book and newspaper we found.

Seleme: Ah, that's good. So let's head back to the hotel.

Busta-Wolf: Wait a DARN SECOND!

Seleme & Haze: O_O

Busta-Wolf: Should we even be staying at the hotel anymore?! All those freaks are being run by Rosetta! If we go back there, they could sneak poisons in our drinks! Or strangle us in our sleep! Or-

*Seleme quickly covered his mouth with her hand.*

Seleme: I get it. I get it. =_=

Haze: I don't think she'd really do that. She and the other zombies seem like they wanted our help to capture Baine. So I doubt she'd kill us.

Seleme: But it's still dangerous. We'll head back to the hotel now, but make sure you convey what we know to the others without the inn keepers and maids knowing.
